We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to help strengthen our accounts receivable process and improve cash flow. Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with insurance collections preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage aging accounts and collection efforts.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters and TPAs.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Partner with operations teams to obtain supporting documentation.
• Reduce outstanding receivables and improve collection timelines.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow-up notes.
