Job summary

PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking a Collections Representative to join our remote team. This work-from-home role focuses on solving problems, making high-volume calls, and helping customers arrange past-due payment solutions.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of full-time collections experience, can create payment plans, and strive to provide exceptional service while meeting KPIs. The position is fully remote and requires residing in UT, IL, IN, MO, IA, TX, WI, or WY.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of full-time collections experience.
• Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers.
• Ability to provide above-and-beyond service.
• Confidence in hitting metrics, KPIs, and goals.
• Experience working with various computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans.
• Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them.
• Accurately record customer information into their accounts.
• Permanently remote (WFH) - Must be located in Utah, Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Wyoming, or Texas.
• $400-$800 avg. earning potential on monthly bonuses and uncapped commissions.

Collections Representative - Work from Home

Pay: $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr (DOE) plus Monthly Bonuses up to $400-$800 (uncapped commission)

Must live in Utah, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
