Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking experienced third-party collectors to join a fully remote team.

The role focuses on inbound and outbound collections for delinquent consumer accounts, leveraging proven strategies to secure payments while maintaining compliance and delivering a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and reside in one of the allowed states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent third-party collections experience required.
• Must reside in one of the specified states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida, Texas, or Illinois.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts.
• Use proven collection strategies to secure payment resolutions and meet performance objectives.
• Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable collection regulations.
• Deliver a positive consumer experience while achieving collection goals.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts.

• Deliver a positive consumer experience while achieving collection goals.

Schedule

• First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM CT for training and onboarding.
• After Training: Create a schedule that works for you between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CT, Monday-Friday.
• Full-Time Schedule: 40 hours per week required.
• No Evenings or Weekends!

Workspace Requirements

• A dedicated workspace free from distractions during work hours.
• Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset.
• Reliable, high-speed hardwired internet connection.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay – $17-19 per hour, based on experience.
