Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Position: Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist @ MSR Technology Group dba Infomatics

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Customer Interaction:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with clients to:
• a. Collect payments on accounts, ensuring excellent customer service. Handle balances from past due payments, lease-end charges, repossession deficiencies, or total loss amounts.
• b. Negotiate payment solutions and follow up on pending actions or expired arrangements.
• c. Handle incoming calls professionally, providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Account Management:

• Manage assigned accounts for timely follow-ups and resolutions.
• Perform skip tracing to locate customers and collateral, and assign accounts for repossession as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve escalated customer issues.

Process Improvement:

• Provide feedback and suggestions for process enhancements and training updates.

Compliance:

• Maintain adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or collections preferred.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
