As a Collections Representative, your responsibilities include negotiating payment arrangements, conducting skip tracing, submitting accounts for repossession, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. You will handle accounts that are 90+ days delinquent, including charge-offs, and support members through credit counseling and debt resolution processes.
