Responsibilities

• 55% responsible for collection of accounts delinquent; negotiate payment arrangements and take actions including workouts or repossession.
• 15% respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• 10% prepare Small Claims Court documentation and assign delinquent accounts to agencies or attorneys.
• 10% oversee repossession, foreclosure, and bankruptcy documentation and claims.
• 5% assign accounts to third party collection agencies and monitor payoff information.
