Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates the activities of workers in collecting delinquent auto loan accounts.
• Forecasting, scheduling, reporting, auditing, and real time management of collection center operations.
• Analyze workforce metrics and resource allocation to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and analyze scheduled and ad hoc reports; drive performance and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Directors, Team Managers, Vendors, and other departments to optimize operations.
