• Strict commitment to client privacy, confidentiality, and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Oversight: Analyze daily aging ledgers, monitor delinquency trends, and establish structured outreach schedules to keep cash flow steady.
• Direct Client Engagement: Coordinate directly with high-value account holders and attorneys via phone and correspondence to negotiate payment plans and reconcile billing inquiries.
• Management Reporting: Compile weekly recovery metrics, cash forecasts, and delinquency tracking files for executive stakeholders.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate billing roadblocks and documentation errors preventing timely settlement.
• Operational Collaboration: Cross-functionally support the broader accounting and revenue cycle team during period-end closes.
