Job summary

Byrider, located at 2301 W College Ave, Appleton, WI 54914, is seeking a Collections Manager (Consumer Finance) to lead our local collections and lending team. This role reports to the Branch General Manager and focuses on building a high-performing team while maintaining customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have first-party consumer collections management experience, preferably with subprime exposure, and strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• First-party consumer collections management experience.
• Subprime experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team.
• Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off.
• Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch.
• Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service.
• Help ensure branch compliance.
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed.
