Responsibilities

• Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team.
• Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off.
• Lead underwriting efforts for the branch.
• Ensure high level of customer service and branch compliance.
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed.
