Job summary

Byrider in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Collections Manager (Consumer Finance) to lead the branch lending and collections team.

The role offers a starting salary of $60,000–$70,000 with an additional monthly incentive up to $2,500, plus full benefits, training, and robust systems.

You will drive performance, ensure compliance, and back up the Branch General Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• First-party consumer collections management experience.
• Subprime experience is a plus.
• Good computer proficiency and software use.
• Customer service focus and problem solving.
• Proven leadership ability and team development.

Responsibilities
