You will discuss payment options, negotiate repayment solutions, and ensure compliance with policies, aiming for high productivity and customer satisfaction in a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Comfortable multitasking across multiple computer systems.
• Strong typing, data entry, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of standard office software and procedures.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite in Geneseo, NY.
