Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts and reduce delinquency.

• Maintain positive relationships while collecting on past-due balances.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and GLS, including immediate payments or promises to pay with clear dates and amounts.
• Follow state and company guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately document all contacts, outcomes, and follow-up in GLS systems.
• Meet or exceed assigned goals and business plan objectives.
• Maintain electronic records and support other assignments or projects as needed.
