Job summary

Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP in Houston, TX is seeking enthusiastic full-time Call Center Representatives to resolve delinquent accounts using strong communication and customer service skills. The typical work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Call Center experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus; Spanish and Vietnamese a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Find contact information, research lien holders, and request title work and probate as required.
• Ensure all appropriate parties have been contacted and given the opportunity to pay prior to litigation.
• Create all supporting documentation to prepare for litigation.
• Follow the collection calendar.
• Assist as required by the Supervisor/Management.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives.
• Accountable for call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedule results.
