KONE is seeking a Collections Associate for the New York Metro District, based in Manhattan with a hybrid schedule after training. The role requires 5+ years of B2B collections experience and strong ability to manage disputes, coordinate with multiple teams, and document progress for stakeholders.

You will handle credit collection tasks for the NY and New Jersey area, engaging customers and ensuring timely follow-up while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B collections experience.
• Associates degree or 10+ years of related experience accepted as alternative.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit collection tasks for branch operations, including initial contact with customers and follow-up.
• Record disputes and coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate resolutions.

This position will be based out of our Manhattan office, and will support all five boroughs, as well as New Jersey collections. This role has a hybrid schedule, following the training period.

• - Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals?
• - Have youdevelopedaproficiencywith office management tools(e.g.Excel, SAPMicrosoftOffice Suite,etc.?)
• - Do you havethetenacityand perseveranceto seean objectivethrough to completion?
• - Have you been successful in documentingstatus updates/details to present to stakeholders?

The hiring range for this role is $75,900.00–$99,645.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentivebased on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
