Are you ready to make your next career move tojoin our teamand assist the local branch as a Collections Associate for KONE, supporting our Pacific District? This position will support collections in our Pacific District, and will work a hybrid schedule, following training; it can be based out of our San Francisco, San Leandro, or Costa Mesa branches.

• Do you have a background in successfully handling a collections dispute process from beginning to end?
• Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals?
• Have you developed a proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Excel, SAP Microsoft Office Suite, etc.?)
• Do you have the tenacity and perseverance to see an objective through to completion?
• Have you been successful in documenting status updates/details to present to stakeholders?

As our Collections Associate, you will perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes. Disputes are facilitated by you as you coordinate with the appropriate parties.

You willbring5+years ofrelevantB2B Collections expertise and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.You will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourassociates’degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience. Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP is required to be successful in this role.

The hiring range for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area and San Leandro locations is $82,600.00 – $108,360.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

At KONE, we will also consider candidates in the Costa Mesa area. Below is the different range applicable to that location:

• Costa Mesa area hiring range: $75,900.00 – $99,645.00

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
