Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and collect payments from customers.
• Place outbound calls to customers for collections purposes.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
• Use strong communication to build rapport and address customer concerns.
• Document all interactions and update collection records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
