Job summary

Mandarich Law Group seeks full-time Collection Agents for its Williamsville, NY and Lake Mary, FL offices. In-office roles with weekday hours. Immediate bonus opportunity and reduced goals in first four months.

Responsibilities include handling up to 100 inbound calls, negotiating settlements, and maintaining an active queue to meet monthly goals. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401K with match, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Multitasking and time management to work through the account queue and inbound call volume.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in NV, NY, IL, MI, MO, OH, NC, GA and FL, is seeking a full time Collection Agents for our Williamsville, NY office and our Lake Mary, FL office.

Available shift in NY is 9:30am - 6pm, Monday thru Friday, In-Office.

Available shift in FL is 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday, In-Office.

What You'll Do

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team
• Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal
