Job summary

Mandarich Law Group is seeking collectors for our Woodland Hills, CA office to negotiate delinquent and charged-off accounts on behalf of clients. The role includes handling high-volume calls, calculating settlements, and maintaining an open queue to meet monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Multitasking and time management skills to work through the account queue and inbound call volume.
• Previous customer service work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients.
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team.
• Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal.

Mandarich Law Group NEEDS Collectors for our Woodland Hills, CA office. This is a great opportunity to earn significant monthly bonuses. Company inventory has almost DOUBLED in the past several months.

Available shift is 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday. In-Office.

What You'll Do:

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team
• Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal
