Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Payson, AZ is seeking a Store Team Member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. You will process donated merchandise in preparation for sale across GCNA stores.

Requirements include 18+ years, English proficiency, ability to pass background check and drug screen, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Benefits include medical plans, retirement options, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota and sell-thru targets for the assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods, and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation following floorwork and process maps; stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Ensures safety rules are followed; uses appropriate safety equipment and reports hazards promptly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; capable of lifting, bending, pushing, turning, and manipulating objects.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
