Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking an Intermediate Cook 2 to support our Colleague Café with high-volume dining and exceptional service standards. You will prepare items according to recipes and hotel guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency across shifts.

Ideal candidates have hotel kitchen experience; a culinary degree is valued. You should communicate well, handle fast-paced environments, and be able to stand for long periods while maintaining accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Must have open and flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Previous line experience in high-volume hotel kitchen preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Support colleague dining experience in the Colleague Café.
