Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Six months of job-related experience preferred, preferably in financial industry.
• Experience with lien perfection, title work, and UCC filings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support lien perfection activities for new, renewed, modified, and paid-off loans by reviewing collateral documentation.
• Monitor post-closing lien perfection and coordinate with title companies, UCC vendors, and closing teams to obtain final documentation.
• Track and resolve lien perfection items including title commitments, final title policies, and UCC amendments.
• Review real property title work for completeness and consistency with loan approvals and collateral descriptions.
• Review UCC filing records for accuracy of debtor name, secured party, and filing details.
• Image, index, and upload title policies, recorded instruments, and UCC documentation.
• Process paid-off collateral files and obtain necessary lien releases and collateral return documentation.
• Maintain collateral and lien perfection tracking logs and follow up on outstanding items.
• Identify lien perfection risks and communicate issues timely.
