Job summary

Driveway Finance Corporation (DFC), part of Lithia & Driveway, is a leading automotive lender in North America. The Collateral Analyst I works with the Collateral Management team to locate and recover vehicle collateral, negotiating repayment terms on delinquent accounts.

Based in Tigard, OR or Medford, OR, the role is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with responsibilities spanning skip tracing, third-party recovery assignments, and cost analysis for recovered vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in collections or recoveries is a plus.
• Knowledge of skip tracing techniques preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Review and update DFC repossession log with accuracy.
• Assign repossession vehicles to 3rd party recovery agents in a timely manner.
• Utilize high level skip-tracing practices to locate customers and vehicles.
• Update 3rd party vendors with current location data.
• Navigate and update 3rd party repossession assignment systems.
• Make outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts ethically.
• Meet or exceed established call volume and account action requirements.
• Process recovery cost analysis & KBB for recovered vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
