Driveway Finance Corporation in Medford, OR is seeking a Collateral Administrator I to provide administrative support to the Collateral Management team and drive accuracy in recovery processes.

You will handle repo-related tasks, notices, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and system integrity while delivering strong customer service and alignment with Lithia & Driveway's values.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with outbound calls or collections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete repossession checklists and prepare vehicles for assignment.
• Update the loan management system with recovery information and ensure data integrity.
• Process repossession notices and customer notifications in a timely manner.
• Conduct SCRA searches during recovery and remarketing processes to ensure compliance.
• Review, save, and upload documents from third‑party systems for audit readiness.
• Process service contract cancellations to ensure proper account adjustments.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on repossessed vehicles for management.
