Job summary

Truist in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a detail-oriented collateral operations professional to manage onboarding, collateral analysis, and client contact for Working Capital.

You will review borrowing base collateral, generate reports with trend insights, and coordinate with Structuring, Asset Management and Client Experience teams to ensure smooth closings.

Qualifications include an associate degree and strong Excel skills; 2+ years in asset-based lending preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Review client borrowing base collateral and related backup, ensuring compliance and accuracy in collateral tracking systems.
• Provide consistent collateral reporting across the portfolio with trend analytics for stakeholders.
• Onboard and provide continuous support to clients.
• Coordinate with Structuring, Asset Management and Client Experience teams for smooth loan closings.
• Address collateral inquiries with clients and Account Officers and ensure timely submission of information.
• Serve as a single point of contact for operations communication with Account Officers and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed collateral review reports with insights into the borrower's financial status.
• Support standard borrowing base setups for Working Capital portfolio.
