Job summary

Truist is seeking a collateral operations professional in Winston-Salem to handle onboarding, collateral analysis, and client contact for Working Capital Operations. You will review borrowing base collateral, input data into tracking systems, and prepare detailed collateral reports to support portfolio compliance.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and providing timely guidance on reporting procedures to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Able to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Review client borrowing base collateral and backup, and identify customer balancing issues to ensure portfolio compliance.
• Input data into collateral tracking/management systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ensure proper collateral reporting is provided across the portfolio with thoughtful analytics.
• Onboard and provide continuous support to clients.
• Coordinate with Structuring, Asset Management and Client Experience Teams for efficient closing processes.
• Collaborate with clients and Account Officers to address collateral inquiries and ensure timely information submission.
• Serve as single point of contact for communication of operations and administrative issues.
• Prepare detailed collateral review reports, including trend analysis and borrower status insights.
• Support standard borrowing base setups for Working Capital portfolio.
