Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to oversee collateral compliance for the Working Capital portfolio. You will onboard new clients, analyze Borrowing Base Certificates, and ensure accurate collateral data entry.

Responsibilities include assessing ineligibilities, reviewing collateral backups, and delivering portfolio-wide reports with trend insights. Collaboration with Structuring, Asset Management and Client Experience teams is essential to ensure smooth loan closings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in business/accounting or related field.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; English fluency required.
• 2+ years in asset-based lending or related field preferred.
• Experience with ABLM.NET, Asset Reader, Monarch or AFS Vision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support for Working Capital Operations.
• Analyze Borrowing Base Certificates and supporting documentation.
• Calculate ineligibles and analyze client inventory and receivables.
• Review collateral and related backup for borrowing bases.
• Input collateral data into collateral tracking/management systems.
• Provide collateral reporting across the portfolio and trend insights.
• Coordinate with Structuring, Asset Management and Client Experience teams for loan closings.
• Respond to collateral inquiries and reporting procedures with clients and Account Officers.
• Prepare detailed collateral review reports with insights on borrowers' financial status.
