Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking an experienced senior professional to manage a portfolio of Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions, ensuring credit quality, collateral monitoring, and risk mitigation in line with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve revenue and credit objectives, provide financial analysis, and mentor junior teammates while upholding Truist's culture and values.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree as a baseline requirement.
• 11-15 years of related work experience.
• Subject matter expertise in credit risk, structuring and mitigation.
• Strong collaboration across functions and clear communication.
• Demonstrated teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage/mitigate credit risk for ABL portfolio transactions.
• Prepare amendment memos, trend cards, and reports with accurate data.
• Maintain risk ratings, financial spreads, and credit files.
• Ensure compliance with Truist policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with originations, structuring, legal, and risk partners.
• Mentor junior staff and model Truist culture and values.
