Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in Middletown, NJ seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in the Conservative department. You will build patient relationships, perform evaluations, and design rehab programs to restore function and return to daily activities.

You’ll collaborate with MDs and other specialists, document in the EMR, and support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to getting patients better every day.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passed the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Completion of APTA residency program (preferred).
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals.
• Deliver one-on-one evaluations.
• Design and execute rehab programs for recovery.
• Collaborate with MDs and specialists for advanced care.
• Document accurately in EMR system.
