Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Pass the NPTE examination.
• Residency program is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine patient relationships and understand goals beyond diagnoses.
• Deliver engaging one-on-one evaluations where patients feel heard.
• Design and execute individualized rehab and fitness programs.
• Collaborate with MDs, surgeons, and specialists for advanced care.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Prepare patients for return to work, sport, or school.
