Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Collaboration Success Engineer in Sunnyvale to partner with customers, drive adoption of SharePoint and Smartsheet, and lead migrations from Box to SharePoint within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will be customer-facing ~90% of the time, facilitate workshops, translate needs into practical solutions, and help clients maximize value from collaboration platforms across multiple tools.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, collaboration technologies, customer success, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.
• Experience supporting or participating in content migration, collaboration, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, solution design, and customer-facing workshops.
• Guide Box-to-SharePoint migrations and platform adoption initiatives.
• Provide customer consulting across SharePoint, Smartsheet, and related tools.
