Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a Collaboration Success Engineer on a contract basis to support our customer’s collaboration initiatives in Sunnyvale, CA. The role blends deep SharePoint and Smartsheet expertise with strong customer engagement and executive communication.

You will lead discovery, guide Box-to-SharePoint migrations, design information architecture, and drive adoption across Microsoft 365 tools, with a heavy emphasis on governance, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, collaboration technologies, customer success, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to simplify complex technology concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages a portfolio of customer engagements from discovery through adoption.
• Builds trusted relationships with business stakeholders and becomes a go-to advisor for collaboration solutions.
• Successfully guides teams through Box-to-SharePoint migrations and platform adoption initiatives.
• Delivers measurable improvements in user adoption, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitates discovery sessions; contributes to solution standards and best practices.
