The role blends customer engagement, training, program management, and platform expertise to drive adoption and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business users, customer-facing technology programs, workplace technology, employee experience, change management, or business relationship management.
• Experience working with stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and drive outcomes.
• Strong understanding of collaboration technologies such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, SharePoint, Box, Smartsheet, Asana, Slack or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for assigned business functions, mapping collaboration needs to solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, recommend tools, and optimize usage of workplace technologies.
• Lead end-user engagement activities: workshops, trainings, onboarding, and adoption programs.
