Role emphasizes engineering depth paired with strong consulting, facilitation, and executive communication to deliver measurable improvements for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, collaboration technologies, customer success, consulting, or related field.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.
• Experience supporting or participating in content migration, collaboration, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to manage multiple customer engagements independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages a portfolio of customer engagements from discovery through adoption.
• Builds trusted relationships with business stakeholders and becomes a go-to advisor for collaboration solutions.
• Guides teams through Box-to-SharePoint migrations and platform adoption initiatives.
• Delivers measurable improvements in user adoption, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
