Job summary

Koch Technology Employee Services is looking for an IT Engineer to join a global team focused on Collaboration Technology, including O365 and Power Platform. You will design innovative solutions, share best practices, and provide support across Koch businesses.

You will support O365, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Yammer, Teams, and Power Platform while driving incident resolution and improving service delivery in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange.
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in writing knowledge base articles based on resolution paths.
• Experience working with End users to troubleshoot Office 365 issues.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI/GenAI capabilities to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of a global team that supports O365 products.
• Own administration and support of O365 and Power Platform components.
• Apply advanced thinking and technical skills to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive Problem Management through root cause analysis to improve processes.
• Enable 1st/2nd level support through documentation and training.
• Create easily consumable documentation for a global audience.
• Support customer requests and improve ticket SLAs and satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for critical incidents and outages.
• Collaborate with teams to provide after-hours support when required.
