Job summary

Koch Technology Employee Services is seeking an IT Engineer to join a global team focused on Collaboration Technology, providing modern Identity solutions and services across Koch businesses. This role supports O365, PowerPlatform, and related platforms, driving remediation and knowledge-sharing in a high-velocity environment.

The engineer will design, share best practices, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions while supporting after-hours requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience writing knowledge base articles based on resolution paths.
• Experience assisting end users to troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 issues.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI/GenAI capabilities to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of a global team working with O365 products.
• Own admin and support of O365 and PowerPlatform.
• Diagnose issues in a fast-paced environment and drive root-cause analysis.
• Enable 1st/2nd level support through knowledge sharing and training.
• Create consumable documentation for a global audience and customers.
