The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, technical expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and the ability to collaborate across business units to drive value.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Collaboration Systems team and customers in detailing requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Design out‑of‑the‑box (OOTB) or custom solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and training for Microsoft 365 applications.
• Maintain current industry knowledge of Microsoft 365 development concepts, best practices, and procedures.
• Support migration efforts from on‑premises SharePoint to M365.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with third‑party SharePoint solutions (e.g., HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, ShareGate).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
