Job summary

Kona Medical Consulting seeks a Michigan-licensed physician to serve as Collaborating Physician for a new hormone and wellness clinic in Birmingham, MI. Part-time/contract, compensation starts at $1,000–$1,500 monthly, with final scope of services to be agreed.

The physician will work with a Michigan-licensed NP to provide clinical guidance, review labs, and help establish appropriate oversight and prescribing arrangements per state law before the clinic opens.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology or similar.
• Michigan license in good standing.
• Experience in outpatient medicine and hormone therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician oversight and clinical collaboration per Michigan law and standards.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner on patient care and treatment planning.
• Review laboratory findings and advise on treatment protocols and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with prescribing regulations and documentation.
