Qualifications

• Active Michigan physician license.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, or related field.
• Current professional liability coverage appropriate to the agreed responsibilities.
• Experience in outpatient medicine or hormone therapy preferred.
• Familiarity with testosterone prescribing and lab monitoring is an advantage.
• Willingness to collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician oversight and clinical collaboration per Michigan law.
• Collaborate with the NP on patient care, clinical decision-making, and treatment planning.
• Be available for professional consultation regarding complex cases.
• Support interpretation of laboratory results and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with prescribing practices and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and review clinical protocols before opening and during operations.
