Job summary

Clover Sonoma is seeking a warehouse team member for our Petaluma, CA facility. The role involves working in a refrigerated warehouse (+34°F), loading and unloading, palletizing products, and ensuring compliance with Clover’s Food Safety and Quality programs.

Strong teamwork and basic computer skills are required. The position requires reading loading documents, operating a handheld inventory system, and rotating stock by reading lot codes and route schematics.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading comprehension of loading/receiving docs.
• Must be able to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Loaded/unloaded trucks and palletize products.
• Read and rotate lot codes and follow route schematics.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (+34°F).
• Must be a team player and maintain food safety standards.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a refrigerated warehouse environment (+34°F).
• Place products into boxes on the corrugation line.
• Unload and reload trucks and palletize products.
• Maintain clean and sanitary personal habits per food distribution policies.
