Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or distribution environment preferred.
• Forklift and electric pallet jack experience required (training and certification to be provided).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs in a physically demanding environment for extended periods.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures typically ranging from 0°F to -30°F.
• Understanding of OSHA safety guidelines and best practices in a warehouse and cold storage setting.
• Strong focus on accuracy in product handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Safely store frozen goods in designated cold storage areas with proper organization and stock rotation.
• Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records for accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse machinery to move frozen products.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and comply with OSHA regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to ensure a safe environment.
• Ensure temperature-sensitive products are stored and handled correctly.
• Accurately complete inventory logs and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
