Job summary

Crowd Cow in Watsonville, CA is hiring a Warehouse FC Associate to receive, input, sort, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy and speed.

You will work in cold storage, operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment, maintain inventory, inspect products, and follow safety procedures. Hours are Monday–Thursday 6am–4:30pm with possible overtime; compensation is $18.50 per hour plus medical benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Inspect products for damages; report as needed.
• Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products.
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures.
• Prepare products for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Additional duties as needed.
