Job summary

Landjet in Jurupa Valley, CA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations on-site. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, assist drivers, and prepare shipping documents.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail. You will work in a refrigerated/cold-storage environment and collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and office teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Forklift certification or experience required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Manage driver check-in and check-out.
Assign dock doors and apply trailer seals/glad locks as required.
Verify inbound and outbound shipment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping labels, and other documents using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Coordinate and schedule inbound deliveries with vendors and carriers.
Assemble orders and prepare products for shipment.
Track and account for sealed trailers upon arrival and departure.
