Job summary

Carl Buddig and Company is seeking a Material Handler to safely move products, packaging, and raw materials throughout the plant. You will operate a stand-up forklift, scan pallets, and ensure accurate storage in cold environments per USDA guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work in temperatures below 40 degrees. Overtime and full-time hours are common in this manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Legal ability to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets of products or supplies within the plant using a forklift.
• Scan and deliver component pallets to the line.
• Weigh combos and place in the cooler as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area per GMP guidance.
• Deliver pallets to shipping area using a forklift.
• Identify and resolve material flow issues to prevent delays.
