Carl Buddig and Company in Montgomery, IL is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Driver to support packaging lines with forklift operations. The role emphasizes safe, accurate handling of meat baskets and adherence to GMPs within a high-speed packaging environment.

Responsibilities include reweighing baskets, auditing rework vats, and maintaining a clean, sanitary work area. Requires ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work 40+ hours weekly with potential overtime.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Two or more years of related work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Material Handler/Forklift Driver is responsible for performing duties in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner.
• Produce a safe and quality food product per USDA guidelines and report food safety problems.
• Scan and deliver meat baskets to all packaging lines with a forklift.
• Reweigh meat baskets and place back into cooler as needed.
• Complete necessary audit of all rework vats.
• Wrap and secure rework vats after auditing and ensure proper basket rotation.
