Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Forklift Operator to perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts and hand jacks, move raw, dry, or finished goods, and ensure proper product rotation and accurate documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and adherence to safety procedures in a cold/wet warehouse setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 70 pounds and move pallets safely.
• Operate electric forklift or pallet jack for short distances.
• Maintain proper certification to operate power equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a desired skill.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment before/after use and document inspections.
• Operate equipment safely to complete warehouse tasks.
• Receive, load, and fill orders using Vocollect Hands Free.
• Stack and palletize finished goods and ensure correct labeling.
• Report damaged cases and discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist in warehouse maintenance and trailer cleanup.
