Job summary

Envision Cold is seeking a Warehouse Operator to operate forklifts and related equipment in a controlled cold storage environment. You will move goods, load/unload shipments, inspect equipment, and help maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to safety protocols.

Hours typically 7:00AM–5:00PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime including weekends. The role requires comfort with cold temperatures and PPE, with potential for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months forklift experience.
• Must maintain a valid forklift operator certification.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (minimum 40 lbs) and be comfortable in cold environments.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods within the cold storage facility.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Substitute for other operators when required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations for cold storage operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
