Job summary

Envision Cold is seeking a Warehouse Operator to operate forklifts in a cold storage facility, safely moving goods and maintaining equipment. You will load/unload trucks, assist with inventory, and keep the workspace clean and organized while following safety protocols.

The role requires 3+ months forklift experience, valid certification, ability to lift 40 lbs, and comfort working in freezing temperatures with PPE. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months forklift experience.
• Must have a valid forklift operator certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (minimum of 40 lbs.).
• Comfortable working in cold/freezing temperatures with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a cold storage facility.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold storage area.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies for cold storage operations.
