Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage/C&K Holdings is seeking a Counterbalance Operator for a refrigerated warehouse environment. The role involves forklift operation, pallet movement, slip sheet attachments, and layer picking to efficiently move products within the facility.

You will use handheld scanners and RF devices to process transactions and verify inventory against shipping and receiving docs, while maintaining safety and accuracy in a cold setting.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred, but not required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Forklift certification is not required but is desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets and materials within refrigerated facility.
• Perform pallet movement, slip sheet, layer picking, and other material handling tasks.
• Verify inbound/outbound products with documentation.
• Record transactions using WMS and RF devices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper warehouse locations.
