Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and barcode scanning technology.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, physically active warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials from storage locations to production areas and other designated destinations.
• Supply production areas with raw materials, packaging materials, and necessary supplies.
• Prepare and stage components, materials, and work orders according to operational needs.
• Perform basic material preparation activities, including labeling, wrapping, and sorting.
• Keep staging areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary obstructions.
• Apply FIFO procedures and follow established material rotation requirements.
• Remove waste and help maintain proper organization of empty containers.
• Provide support for receiving and shipping activities when needed.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment.
• Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.
